Provider DOES NOT and CANNOT promise, warrant, or guarantee any specific number of new sales leads, phone calls, customer inquiries, search engine ranking positions, or business revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novoweb ("Provider") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity—arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.
Provider’s total cumulative financial liability for any claims or disputes related to these services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer to Provider in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Novoweb websites are deployed on Enterprise Google Cloud / Firebase Hosting infrastructure and utilize Hostinger Domain DNS services.
The $129/month subscription fee covers ongoing cloud hosting, domain renewal, daily automated cloud backups, SSL maintenance, and up to 2 hours (or 3 minor edits) of content updates per calendar month.
Major website redesigns, complex software integrations, custom CRM connections, database applications, and multi-page site expansions are out of scope for standard maintenance and will be quoted separately at Provider's standard hourly rate ($65/hr).
